IDean grew up in Australia and trained in Opera before joining various Rock bands in Sydney. He then moved to Japan to sing Jazz as part of duo at the age of 20. After another 2 years in Sydney hosting talent shows and performing in another music ensemble, Dean moved to Los Angeles where he has studied acting at the Australian Institute of Dramatic Arts (AIDA), Brian Reise Studios and privately with Cynthia Levine. Dean also studied voice further with acclaimed vocal coach Ron Anderson.

At the age of 19 I competed in my first National Singing Competition in Australia where I placed either 1st, 2nd or 3rd in all of the 7 categories I entered.
At the age of 21 I performed on the Australian TV show "New Faces" winning the Encouragement Award (3rd place) and was then asked to come back to perform as part of the Viewers Choice program where the top 7 contestants from the previous year, voted by home viewers, were showcased.
I have 4 movie credits (2 lead/2 supporting) and various stage credits (comedy/drama/musical) as well as some commercial experience.

I love to travel, I love music and I love acting. Other interests include design, renovation, spirituality, writing and art.
